REQUEST: To manage the Career page of the Company on Facebook creating relevant visual and textual content and following the corporate rules and principals of the international company.
SOLUTION
The brand resources of the company, as well as the Career pages of the company in other countries, were examined at the beginning. The goal and the main targets of the local HR team were taken into consideration as well. The photoshoot of the team was organized to have localized content. One video production was implemented describing one working day of the business developer of the Coca-Cola HBC Armenia.
