The content of the two animated videos has been developed, taking into account the characteristics of the target audience. The primary audience for the videos is teenagers and young people who are going through post-crisis stress. The videos, however, are intended for a wide audience as well. Psychological skills are divided into two main topics: self-awareness and communication skills. Each topic is presented with short tips and psychological techniques.
