“Being a foster parent means…” Social Media Campaign

This campaign aimed to raise awareness about foster parenting by blending emotional storytelling with clear, informative content. Through a mix of reels, quotes, and FAQ posts across Facebook and Instagram, we reached over 287,000 people and generated nearly 3,000 link clicks, resulting in numerous form submissions from potential foster parents.

The campaign’s most engaging content – real-life stories in short video reels – garnered over 216,000 combined views, with strong interaction rates on both platforms. Quote cards and FAQ posts complemented the videos by answering common questions and breaking down myths around foster care.

With its strong reach and tangible outcomes, the campaign effectively opened up conversations about foster care and encouraged meaningful public engagement.
